Terms & Conditions:

Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged
as per the hotel policy

Request for preferences such as Smoking/Non-smoking/Twin Bedded Rooms would be
kept on priority and are not guaranteed.

Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to the
attention of the accommodation or service provider as early as possible during
the Traveller's stay in order for the complaint to be dealt with quickly.
However if not resolved to your satisfaction it should be notified to us in
writing by email within 15 Days of the date of service. Any complaint received
after 15 Days of the date of service will not be investigated.

We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage or any
other loss (direct or indirect) or expense arising out of actions of hotels
reserved through us unless such loss or expense is due to our negligence or
default. In no circumstances shall we be liable for any consequential and
indirect loss or damage. Our liability in respect of any Booking shall be
limited to the total amount paid by you to us for such Booking. The foregoing
shall not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence.

All disputes restricted to judiciary of Delhi Courts Only.

time.
Privacy Policy:

FSR Travels Pvt. Ltd. allows a secure payment option for all users wanting to
pay through their credit cards. We accept Master and Visa cards only. To enable
you to make the payment online, we have direct connectivity with ICICI Bank
Payment Gateway, where you can provide your card details on a secure link and
the Master/Visa network authorizes the transaction and amount. On-line payment
by Credit Card on our site through our secured payment gateway is 100% safe.
Your credit card number is not revealed to anyone and WILL NOT be debited until
the goods are shipped to you (i.e. Hotel Rooms Confirmed, Travel Documents
Dispatched, etc.).
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All hotel bookings need to be
cancelled 72 hours prior to the check-in date in order to
avoid one night retention charge.

Hotel Reservations cancelled 72 hours
prior will only attract a 5% processing fee of the total
amount that needs to be refunded.

100% retention will be charged in case
of No Shows.

An "Early Departure" fee is applicable
if a departure date is preponed from the original departure
date during the guests stay.

Payments received for all hotel
packages and tours is non refundable. Holiday Packages once
booked cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations will only be accepted by
emails. To cancel, please send an mail to
info@fsrtravels.com quoting your Booking Confirmation No.,
Hotel Name & Guest Name. Upon receipt of the mail and
verification done, the advance will be refunded via cheque
after adjusting the retention charge (if applicable).
